APG-Neuros’ Turbo Blower is likewise certified to Canadian Standard Association (CSA) standards UL Listed in its category, for both Canada and the United States.
APG-Neuros has been continuously striving for quality improvement, constantly raising
the bar for its product and the turbo blower industry as a whole. In 2008 its
turbo blower was the first to receive the CSA-USA/Canada certification, meeting all the applicable standards for safety and performance, including the ones administered by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Underwriters Laboratories (UL), Canadian Standards Association (CSA), NSF International among many others, which define safety, quality, efficiency and environmental practice standards.
On March 15 th , 2011, after undergoing rigorous quality and safety testing by the
Underwriters Laboratories (UL), APG-Neuros’ Turbo Blower received the UL
Certification, further demonstrating its commitment to the highest level of safety and
quality of its product.
Founded in 1894, Underwriters Laboratories is one of the most internationally
recognized and trusted organizations for product safety testing, certification and
information, and a global leader in product safety standards development, and testing.
In order to get the certification, testing of the turbo blower was carried out by
Underwriters Laboratories with specialized test equipment and strict standards designed
to meet international, industry and customer testing protocols and requirements. UL’s
safety certification process included testing, evaluation and factory surveillance of the
product to national, regional and international quality and safety standards, supporting
governmental product regulations, and complementing federal, state and local
government public initiatives.
To that end, being UL certified is an ongoing process, where UL will continuously
conduct comprehensive and thorough program to determine continued compliance with
UL requirements at APG-Neuros’ manufacturing facilities, helping it uphold the highest
quality, safety and compliance standards.
UL Certification of APG-Neuros’ turbo blower will help create a level playing field in the
turbo blower industry, raising its safety standards as a whole and setting apart products
which are UL Marked and not, helping decision makers make informative choices based
on unbiased third party information.
